Return Policy for ZRacing.ca

At ZRacing.ca, we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition, unmounted and in their original packaging.
  • Items must include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Customized or special order items are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Used or damaged items (unless they arrived damaged)
  • Customized or special order items

Restocking Fee

  • A 30% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our Customer Service team at support@zracing.ca with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack your item securely in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of the invoice and your RAN. Ship your package using a trackable and insured shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method minus a 30% restocking fee. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@zracing.ca with photos and a description of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
